Баранину промыть, петрушку измельчить ножом. Нарезать мясо и овощи кубиком 1-1,5 см. Все ингредиенты выложить в чашу мультиварки. Добавить воду, соль, специи, перемешать. Закрыть крышку. Кнопкой «Меню» установить программу «СУП», нажатием кнопок «Час» и «Мин» установить 1 час. Нажать кнопку «Старт». Готовить до окончания программы. Готовое блюдо заправить сметаной и посыпать петрушкой.
